Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

It’s time to get those ankles ready for the next Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event! You have until April 13, 2019 before you kick up your heels to raise awareness against gender violence in our community. Gather a team to join the more than 50 teams that walked this past year. For the men who brave the red shoes, walking in heels is more fun (and less dangerous) when you have a friend to lean on (and hold on to)! And we welcome women and children – and men who aren’t able to walk in heels – to participate as well. Wear matching shirts, hats or shoes to show solidarity. Carry a banner from your business or build a float with your child’s stroller or wagon to promote your group. Dress up your pet! Join us!
