A panel of diverse physicians will discuss the strengths and opportunities Westmoreland County offers their families. A second panel, from the Westmoreland County Diversity Coalition, will talk about the community's advancements in acceptance and what is yet to be done.

Pam Connelly, Vice Chancellor for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Pittsburgh, will serve as keynote speaker discussing strategies and tactics that create a stronger culture of inclusion.
