In this session, we will explore the key aspects of hiring an intern, from understanding the pros
and cons to implementing best practices for a successful experience. We will discuss how to
develop a clear job description, effective strategies for recruiting and hiring interns, and federal
rules and regulations surrounding paid versus unpaid internships. Whether you are new to
internship programs or looking to refine your process, this session will provide valuable insights
to help you navigate the internship landscape with confidence and compliance.
