Public Invited to Weigh in on the Future of the Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor

Greensburg, PA—July 25, 2025—The Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor (LHHC) invites the
public to attend a community meeting to help shape the future of one of Pennsylvania’s most
storied scenic byways. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 11th , 3:00 to 4:00 PM at
the historic Palace Theater Meghan’s Suite, in downtown Greensburg, as part of the ongoing
update to LHHC’s Management Action Plan (MAP).

This meeting will provide an opportunity for community members, stakeholders, and local
leaders to learn more about the Corridor’s future goals, strategic priorities, and upcoming
initiatives as part of its updated Management Action Plan. The MAP serves as a blueprint for
how LHHC will continue preserving, promoting, and interpreting the historic 200-mile stretch of
the Lincoln Highway that runs through southwestern and south-central Pennsylvania.

We’re eager to share the work being done and to hear from the public about what matters most
to them along the Corridor, said Kimberly Cady, Executive Director of LHHC. “This plan is
designed to guide our preservation, programming, and community engagement efforts for the
years ahead.”

The open-house style meeting will include a short presentation and opportunities for feedback.
Staff and consultants will be available to answer questions and collect input on topics ranging
from historic preservation and tourism to education and economic development.
