Hi! I’m Dacie. I have a Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbial Pathogenesis from the WVU School of Medicine, Im a NASM Cert. Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I have specializations in Functional Nutrition/Metabolism and Women's Fitness. As a full time scientist I know how stressful and busy life can get. I started Bridge Fitness and Nutrition to help women lose weight, improve their health, and build a strong body while ditching fads and gimmicks. While I serve all women, I specialize in helping those who have daily brain fog, inflammation, gut issues, blood sugar issues, fatigue, loss of sex drive, high stress, or still have symptoms from conditions like hypothyroidism, PCOS, autoimmune diseases, or Type 2 Diabetes. I’ll teach you everything you need to know and will help you implement lifestyle changes that fit your life for sustainable results.
