Celebrate the grand opening of Mailey's Provisions with us in downtown Latrobe! This is a new small locally sourced restaurant that provides a beautiful, homelike atmosphere with amazing food.

Lobster bisque shooters
      With brown butter amd micro herbs
Smoked salmon bites
      Sourdough pita, herbed local quark, pickled red onion
Cheddar puffs
    Stuffed with bacon mornay
Mini chicken pot pies
     Savage mountain chicken, local veggies
Braise Logan family farms short ribs
     Pommes robuchon, demi Glace
Baked phyllo 
     Stuffed with herb local goat cheese, fig jam
Steak tartar
      Yuzu, green curry, pickled radish, shallots, cilantro.

Mediterranean- hummus, tzatziki, fresh local veggies, marinated olives, sour dough pita
 
Cheese and charcuterie- local and artisan cheeses, house made pate campange, crackers, crostinis, jams, pickles, mustard.

Additionally, there will be a limited supply of wine and beer. You will be given a drink ticket at the door to use for a raffle. The prize is a Mailey's Provisions gift certificate!
