Conflict Management – April 30 – 830-10 AM – Mike Urick
This session will explore the basic types of conflict that attendees are likely to experience and will identify the common causes of conflict. It will also consider the relationship between conflict and approaches to communication. Attendees will be provided with strategies and approaches for how to resolve conflict. Breakfast is included with your session!
*Session will count for 1.5 continuing education credits/hours by the Institute for Supply Management and Society for Human Resource Management
