DESCRIPTION:We aren't just teaching students how to interview\; we are teaching them how to compete.\n\n\n\nWe are thrilled to invite you to be a judge for "The Amazing Shake\," a high-energy competition designed to teach 7th and 8th graders the nuances of professional interaction\, from the perfect handshake to thinking on their feet.\n\n\n\nWe need business leaders like you to put these students to the test. Whether you have a free morning\, an afternoon\, or a lunch hour\, we have a spot for you.\n\nRound 3: Leadership Luncheon (mid-morning\, 3/20)\n\n\n\nTop 12 student finalists\; 8 judges neededThe top 12 finalists will enjoy a fancy meal at a local restaurant. They will be evaluated on their ability to participate in a luncheon meeting.  You will be provided with a rubric.\n\n\n\nRound 4: On-stage Interview (afternoon\, day 2)\n\n\n\nTop 12 student finalists\; 8 judges needed\n\n\n\nThe top 12 student finalists will participate in an on-stage interview in front of all 7th and 8th grade students.  Finalists will be judged on their poise\, how quickly they think on their feet\, as well as their ability to communicate.  You will be provided with a rubric.
