DESCRIPTION:The Westmoreland partners with Ligonier Valley Writers to explore selected pieces of art and write about them. A museum educator will introduce artworks\, point out key elements\, and pose questions to help participants feel at home in the art. Then writing coaches will help writers choose a genre\, suggest ways to get started\, answer questions\, and help improve their finished story\, essay\, or poem. Participants will get a chance to share their writing with the group. Coffee and pastries will be served mid-afternoon. Register to participate by June 1. $20 members\, $25 non-members.
