DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate and cut the ribbon for the new barn and outdoor therapy area at STAT Ligonier Therapeutic Center.  Refreshments will be served.\nSTAT provides unique and beneficial H O R S E - P O W E R E D mental health\, physical health\, and wellness services. \n\nWe utilize equine as our prescription for healing.\n\n STAT has been serving vulnerable populations since 2007.\n\n In 2016\, the Ligonier Therapeutic Center opened its doors to offer the specialized treatment strategies of EAGALA and hippotherapy to Western Pennsylvania families. In 2019\, we added PATH International therapeutic riding and adaptive riding services.\n\n \n\nOur equine-assisted programs serve people who are\n\nphysically handicapped\, developmentally delayed\, emotionally/behaviorally challenged\, individuals suffering with PTSD or other mental health diagnoses\, and individuals in addiction recovery.\n\n \n\nWe serve veterans and active duty at no cost.
