Casino Pittsburgh\, the inaugural event will provide participants with valuable insights on the importance of diversity and how strategically managing inclusion is critical to regional employers\, managers\, HR professionals and executive leaders.\n\nLocal leaders are also lining up to provide their support for the Make it Matter Regional Conference including Westmoreland County Commissioner Ted Kopas\, and Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce president\, Dan DeBone\, \n\nParticipants of the conference will learn how to gain an economic advantage and drive transformational performance and growth in your organization.\n\n"This enhanced conference will be invaluable to local businesses and their employees\," said Carlotta Paige\, Chief Operating officer of the Westmoreland Diversity Coalition.
