Kim Bracey\, who is the Executive Director for the Governor's Center for Local Government Services with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.  She oversees the Centers ability to provide a full range of vital programs\, training\, and services to resolve problems at the local level.  Kim previously served as the City of York's Mayor from 2010 - 2018 where she oversaw all aspects of local government including an annual $98M budget.  She was also responsible for the general management of the City including the enforcement of all the laws and ordinances serving a population of 44\,000 residents.
