DESCRIPTION:We need your story (and 2 hours of your time) for 8th Graders!\n\n\n\nEighth grade is a pivotal year. Students are just beginning to look at the world of work and decide what "success" looks like to them. We want to make sure they see you in that picture.\n\n\n\nWe are recruiting volunteers for our "CEO in the Classroom" program at Derry and Latrobe schools.\n\n\n\nThe Concept:\n\nForget boring lectures. This is a high-energy\, 2-hour program where students rotate through different stations. As a volunteer\, you will handle one specific station and present it three times to different groups of ~25 students.\n\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nYou don't need to be a teacher to make an impact. We provide all the materials! You simply choose which "track" you feel most comfortable leading:\n\n	The "Soft Skills" Track: Lead students through a hilarious "Mad Libs" skit activity that teaches them how to introduce themselves properly.\n	The "Innovator" Track: Guide student groups as they conceptualize and design a mobile APP to solve a business problem.\n	The "Leader" Track: Help students take a personal Leadership Inventory and set a goal for their future.\n\nYour Commitment:\n\n\n	Time: A single 2-hour block\n	Prep: Minimal. We provide the talking points\, the activity materials\, and the instructions. You just bring your personality and your own story of how you built your career.\n	Who we need: Everyone! Whether you are a CEO\, a technician\, a blue-collar expert\, or a small business owner\, your experience matters.
